RESOLUTION NO. 2803
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING THE PAVEMENT
OVERLAYS - DEL MAR AND HACIENDA DRIVE AREAS
WHEREAS, the 91-T-OS Pavement Overlays Project was satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the contract by W. K. McLellan on July 30,
1991,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
project consisting of improvements to Del Mar and Hacienda Drive areas be
accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on Au~st 20, 1991 by the following vote:
