RESOLUTION NO. 2802
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON SETTING
THE TIME FOR HOLDING REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 54954 requires the Town Council to
provide by resolution or other means the time for holding the Town Council's
regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to change the time of their regular
meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that beginning September 1, 1991, the Town Council shall hold its
regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in Room
5, Del Mar School.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Tiburon on August 20, 1991, by the following vote:
