RESOLUTION NO. 2790
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ORDERING SALE OF BOND
HILLHAVEN UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-2
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
The Town Council accepts the offer of the Tiburon Public
Facilities Financing Authority to purchase the improvement bond to
be issued in Hillhaven Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1990-
2 in accordance with the offer attached hereto as Exhibit A and by
reference incorporated herein.
The Town Council directs the sale and delivery of the bond to
the offeror in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in
the offer.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on June 5, 1991, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers: Friedman, Coxhead, Thayer, Kuhn and Logan
NOES:
Councilmembers: None
