RESOLUTION NO. 2789
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT
HILLHAVEN UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-2
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
As a part of the proceedings for the sale of improvement
bonds in Hillhaven Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1990-2,
Town of Tiburon, Marin County, California, this Council hereby
approves the Official Statement dated June
, 1991, and a Final
Official Statement derived substantially therefrom. Distribution of
the Official statement and the Final Official Statement is hereby
authorized.
This Official Statement is final except for certain
information which will not be known until the time of sale and is
therefore "deemed final" within the meaning of Rule 15c2-12 of the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Finance Director is authorized to sign the Official
Statement and the Final Official Statement.

of the Town of Tiburon on June 5, 1991, by the following vote:

Councilmembers: Friedman, Coxhead, Thayer, Kuhn and Logan
NOES:

MAYOR
