RESOLUTION NO. 2755
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON CERTIFYING
THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT (EIR) FOR VISTA TIBURON
WHEREAS, a draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report evaluating the
proposed Vista Tiburon project has been prepared and was transmitted by the Town
of Tiburon to all concerned parties for review and comment; and
WHEREAS, notice of the availability of the draft Subsequent Environmental
Impact Report was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, written comments from the public on the draft Subsequent
Environmental Impact Report were accepted from October 22, 1990 to December 6,
1990; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and accepted
public testimony on the draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report on
November 28, 1990; and the Town Council held a public hearing on the proposed
Environmental Impact Report on January 16, 1991; and
WHEREAS, agency and public comments have been addressed in the Final
Environmental Impact Report for Vista Tiburon; and
WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report was prepared in
accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Final Environmental
Impact Report:
1. Consists of:
a. Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report, Vista Tiburon,
October 1990; and
b. Final Environmental Impact Report for Vista Tiburon, January
1991.
2. Is hereby certified by the Town Council to have been completed in
compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and all
applicable guidelines;
3. Has been reviewed and considered by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon; and
4. Is hereby adopted as the Environmental Impact Report for Vista
Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on January 16, 1991, by the following vote:
