Councilman Hoffmire responded that the permit should be granted to Harbor Carriers without stipulating a parking requirement and that the parking needs of th~ e>>tire down town area be studied at length. Mr~antegani stated that he supported the position of Mr. Harvey Councilman Souza questioned the desirability of providing for static parking in the downtown area. He advocated additional time to study the over-all parking problem before making a final decission on the application of Harbor Carriers.
