.JANITORIAL SERVICES
Please see attached "statement of services" and appl~ all services needed for your building
specifications, and return upon signing of contract.
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
We agree to provide all janitorial equipment and cleaning products to perform the above
specified work. **This does not include light bulbs, restrooms supplies such as; toilet paper,
paper towels, hand soap, deodorant blocks, seat liners, plastic bags for all trash liners, ect..
These products can be supplied and stocked for an additional ordering and stocking fee.
Please see "product price list" provided as part of proposal package.
INSURANCE AND BONDING
We carry. Comprehensive Liabilit~ Insurance in the amount of one million dollars. For your
protection and ours, we also carry a Janitorial Fidelity bond for ten thousand per janitor. All
staff are covered by Workman's Compensation. Certificates will be provided upon request.
TERMS
Rates incrude arr costs for, equipment, supervision, wages, taxes and insurance, and
. workmans compensation required to fulfill the cleaning specifications as outlined in this

PA YMENT POLICY *(please read carefullv) .
This agreement may be terminated with a "thirty day written notice" given by either party.
Invoices are due and payable 15 business days from receipt of invoice. Invoices not paid
within 30 days are considered past due. Invoices 45 days past due will temporarily interrupt
services until past due monies have been paid. Invoices exceeding 60 days past due, will be
pursued by way of a collection process. If the collection process, is processed by way of
court or attorney fees,,- the client will be responsible for all fees incurred. *Ramfire strickly
adheres to their " 30 day notice policy". If camcelling services without a thirty day written
notice, you have the option to buy us out of our contract for one months service fee paid in
full.
REQU EST SERVICES
Services such as; carpets, windows, stripping waxing and buffing floors, construction clean-
up, landscape maintenance and emergency services, are services that are requested and
billed for separately unless other arrangements are made as part of the" contract. Request
services are billed on the average of $35.00 per man hour. Request services are also billed
based on the service being performed.

Re: Janitorial service proposal for: Police Station, Public Works & City Hall Facilities Town of
Tiburon.
Dear Mr. Aiello;
Thank you for the opportunity to submit our janitorial service proposal. Enclosed, you will find the
information necessary to review when making your decision choosing a new janitorial company.
You can also visit our web site at, "Ramfire,net" for a complete overview of what we offer as a
service company.
Ramfire is insured and bonded. We are happy to provided certificates upon request.
The following information is a breakdown of services for the three facilities. I have also provided
one of our statement of services that we provide for accounts being services one to three times
weekly. Do not hesitate to let us know, if you find any oversights in our proposal statement.
Services for Police Station:
-To be serviced three times weekly; Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Services will be provided from
service statement provided by client. Ramfire has signed and agreed to provide those services.
Carpets cleaned by request only for an additional cost ($.16 square foot). Hardsurface flooring is
included in total service fee.
Services for City Hall:
.To be serviced three times weekly; Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Services will be provided from
either client service statement, or one that has been submitted by Ramfire Building Maintenance.
Carpets cleaned by request only for an additional cost ($.16 square foot). Hardsurface flooring is
included in the total monthly fee.
Services for Public Works:
-To be serviced two times weekly: Days to be confirmed by client. Services will be provided by either
clients service statement, or from Ramfires service statement. For this facility, carpets are to be

cleaned every two months as part of contract and included in total cost of monthly service fee.
Hardsurface flooring is also included as part of monthly fee. Hardsurface flooring is to kept cleaned
by way of washing and buffing, or when wax is needed *for all three facilities.
Once again, please do not hesitate to call our offices with any questions, or further requests that you
may have. Please note, that total cost to perform services is shown on "Janitorial Proposal contract" .

BUILDING (common areas)
+ Vacuum all carpets
+ Dust mop all resilient and composition floors with treated dust mop.
+ Mop to remove spills and water stains as required.
+ Empty all interior waste bins / gather and dispose of trash in designated trash areas.
+ Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
+ Clean and sanitize toilet and restroom sinks.
+ Remove fingerprints, dirt smudges, graffiti, etc. from all doors, frames, glass partitions,
windows, light switches and walls
+ Dust counter tops, telephones and file cabinets
+ Dust all ledges and flat surfaces
+ Dust chairs and other furniture
+ Polish or clean door kick plates
+ Wash entrance glass door of fingerprints.
+ Sweep and remove all debris fronl service stairwells.
+ Spot clean carpets, resilient, and composition floors as required.
+ Service all walk off Inats as required.
+ Check for burned out lights / submit a written report to Lt. Aiello on an as needed basis.
+ Take an inventory of all paper and sanitary supplies and order as needed.
+ Turn out all lights and arm building alarm system upon leaving.
+ Dust all window coverings
+ Clean and sanitize phone handsets as needed (once a month)
KITCHEN
+ Empty recycling bins as needed,
+ Clean and sanitize sink, stove, counter and tabletop.
+ Wipe clean kitchen trash receptacles.
+ Dust all ledges and flat surfaces.
+ Dust chairs and other furniture.
+ Polish or clean door kick plates.
+ Dust window coverings
OFFICES
+ Vacuum all carpets.
+ When cleared, wipe clean office desktops.
+ Remove fingerprints, dirt smudges, graffiti, etc. from all doors, frames, glass partitions,
windows, light switches and walls
Dust counter tops, telephones and file cabinets.

All janitorial employees must be bonded and pass a confidential screening process - due to the type
of premises being cleaned (police facility).
