RESOLUTION NO. 721
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING COMMISSIONER'S DEED TO REEDLANDS UNIT #5
WHEREAS, LYNN S. ATKINSON, Commissioner, has
offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property
described in the Commissioner's Deed attached hereto as
Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said
offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized
to record said Commissioner's Deed, together with a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tiburon on May 12th , 1975,
by the following vote:
AYES : Councilmen: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Tayer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Littman

The Commissioner's Deed made this 5th day of May, 1975
by the undersigned Lynn S. Atkinson who is the duly appointed,
jualified and acting Commissioner in the above entitled Court in

Pursuant to the Decree of Court entered May 12, 1971, order-
ing foreclosure of the trust deeds owned by plaintiffs and those
similarly situated, and with sale of the hereinafter described
real property, and with subsequent order appointing the undersigned
Lynn S. Atkinson, as Commissioner, to make said sale, and pursuant
to the sale thereafter duly noticed, advertised and held in open
court, the Commissioner did sell at public auction to the highest
and best bidder, the Grantee herein, said property for the total
sun of S 200_16,0,20,0
Now, therefore, in consideration of the aforesaid sue being
paid, Grantor does grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee,
all that real property situated in the City of Tiburon, County of
Marin, State of California as described in Lxhibit 'A' attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference together with all
appurtenances and tenements belonging thereto, including those
rights obtained in that certain final Order of Condemnation,
recorded March 28, 1967 in Book 2117, Page 266, Official Records
of Marin County, to have and to hold said above described property
and appurtenances unto Grantee forever.
In witness whereof, said Grantor does hereunto set his
hand as Commissioner this Sth day of May, 1975.

All of that real property situated in the County of Marin, State of
California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly right-of-way line
of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company, as described
in the need recorded October 7, 1886 in Liber 4 at page
54'in the office of the Recorder, County of Marin, State
of California, said point being distant North 110 54' 42"
East 115.15 feet from the most Northerly corner of Lot
87 as shown upon that certain Map entitled "Map of
Reedlands, Unit 3". recorded September 4, 1958, in Book
10 of Maps at page 4 in the office of said Recorder;
running thence Northerly along the arc of a curve to the
left, the center of which bears North 850 46' 59" West,
having a radius of 430.00 feet and a central angle of
180 13' 01 a distance of 136.717 feet; then^e North

the arc of a curve to the left, tangent to the preceding

Maps at page 8 in the office of said Recorder and along
