HomeMy WebLinkAboutDeed 1975-05-12 (Atkinson)1 RESOLUTION NO. 721 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING COMMISSIONER'S DEED TO REEDLANDS UNIT #5 WHEREAS, LYNN S. ATKINSON, Commissioner, has offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property described in the Commissioner's Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Commissioner's Deed, together with a certi- fied copy of this Resolution. Atkinson, as Commissioner, to make said sale, and pursuant to the sale thereafter duly noticed, advertised and held in open court, the Commissioner did sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, the Grantee herein, said property for the total sun of S 200_16,0,20,0 Now, therefore, in consideration of the aforesaid sue being paid, Grantor does grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, all that real property situated in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of California as described in Lxhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference together with all appurtenances and tenements belonging thereto, including those rights obtained in that certain final Order of Condemnation, recorded March 28, 1967 in Book 2117, Page 266, Official Records of Marin County, to have and to hold said above described property and appurtenances unto Grantee forever.
