A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TffiURON
CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION
HELD IN AND FOR THE TOWN OF TffiURON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ON THE 4m DAY OF NOVEMBER 2003
FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ELECTING TWO COUNCILMEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town ofTiburon did heretofore order an election
to be held within the Town ofTiburon on the 4th day of November 2003, for the purpose of
selecting two (2) Town Councilmembers to serve for terms off our years, and
WHEREAS, said election was held pursuant to the requirements of the Government Code
and the Elections Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, this Town Council of the Town of Tiburon has, pursuant to Section 22932
of the Elections Code of the State of California, canvassed the returns from said elections,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED as follows:

1. That the whole number of ballots cast in the Town of Tiburon in said election was 1,871
which comprised 33.07% per cent of the registered voters (5,657);
2. That the names of the persons voted for were:

3. That the number of votes counted by precinct were:
