(O f I J i tv r ~ ~ mI ~ I I m I ~ W ~ lY e ` 3, r i ' E 0 ~ ` q'Q}. ~ ~ i ~ ~ RECORDING REQUESTED, RETURN TO: TOWN CLERK TOWN OF TI13URON 1505 TIBURON BOULEVARD TIBURON, CA 94920 RESOLUTION NO. 3256 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR PROPERTY AT 1101 TIBURON BOULEVARD ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 58-151-23 (PORTION) WHEREAS, the Reed Union School District (RUSD) has offered to quitclaim any right, title or interest in a parcel of land to the Town of Tiburon (Tiburon), including any rights to use of the parcel derived from a land lease and use agreement entered into on February 28, 1978, and subsequently amended on August 31, 1987, and November 4, 1994. Said parcel of land is proposed for use by the Town of Tiburon as the site of a new police station and is described in attached Exhibit "1 and WHEREAS, Tiburon is simultaneously offering to grant the RUSD a portion of a parcel of land in exchange for the above offer of quitclaim, said portion being offered to the RUSD being described on the attached Exhibit "2"; and WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose that, as a result of the above conveyances, the Town of Tiburon shall be the fee simple owner of property described in Exhibit "3" attached hereto, said parcel being commonly known as 1101 Tiburon Boulevard and also being the proposed site of a new police facility for the Town of Tiburon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above referenced offer of quitclaim from RUSD is hereby accepted, and the Town Clerk is authorized to record this resolution and its Exhibits "1 "21', and "3" as described above.
