GRANT DEED
The Town of Tiburon, a municipal corporation ("Grantor"), hereby grants to the
Reed Union School District all right, title and interest to the real property situated in the
Town of Tiburon, Marin County, California, which is more particularly described in Exhibit
"1" attached hereto and incorporated herein.

RESOLUTION NO. 1022
APPROVING THE EXCHANGE OF
REAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WITH
THE TOWN OF TIBURON
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon owns property bordering District property over which
the District currently has an easement for playground and child care purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to use a portion of the property covered by said easement
for a public purpose, and
WHEREAS, the District is not currently using all of the property covered by said
easement, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon and the Reed Union School District wish to exchange
property rights in certain property owned by the Town and bordering District property
over which the District currently has an easement for playground and child care purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the District will release its easement to the property to the west of the play
area used by the Belvedere-Tiburon Child Care Center, and
WHEREAS, the District will become the owner of the property on which part of its play
structure and the Belvedere-Tiburon Child Care Center and its play area are located , and
WHEREAS, the District will assume the Town's rights and obligations under the prior
Land Lease and Use Agreements with respect to the Belvedere-Tiburon Child Care
Center, and
WHEREAS, the Town will grant to the District an easement over the roadway which
connects Ned's Way to the Reed School property for access and parking, and
WHEREAS, the Town and the District have agreed as to the allocation of parking spaces
along said roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Reed Union
School District approves the Agreement to Amend Land Lease and Use Agreements
between the Town of Tiburon, the Belvedere-Tiburon Child Care Center and the Reed
Union School District (revision dated November 13, 1997 as amended), quitclaims
property rights to the Town of Tiburon and accepts a grant of property from the Town of
Tiburon, all subject to the receipt and verification of revised legal descriptions, and
authorizes the Board President to execute the Agreement, to execute and direct the
recordation of the grant deed for the transfer of property to the District from the Town of
Tiburon, and to execute and forward to the Town the quitclaim deed for the transfer of
property rights from the District to the Town, as soon as revised legal descriptions for
each of the documents have been received and verified.

The foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the District duly and regularly held at the
regular meeting place thereof on the 18'hday of November, 1997, of which meeting all of
the members of said Board of Trustees had due notice and at which a majority thereof
were present; and at said meeting said resolution was adopted by the following vote:

An agenda of said meeting was posted at least 72 hours before said meeting at the
Superintendent's Office, 105A Avenida N iraflores, Tiburon, California, a location freely

file and of record in my office; the foregoing resolution is a full, true and correct copy of
the original resolution adopted at said meeting and entered in said minutes; and said
resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded since the date of its adoption, and
the same is now in full force and effect.

1997, County of Marin, California.
Said portion of the herein above referenced Lot Two described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot Two, said corner
also being on the northerly right of way line of Tiburon Blvd.;
thence leaving said corner along said right of way line along a
circular curve to the left, the center of which bears South
36010104" West, with a radius of 1553.00 feet, through a central
angle of 6015'39", an arc length of 169.70 feet to a point; thence
leaving said right of way line North 30041133" East, 56.77 feet;
North 82037'19" East, 57.66 feet to a point; thence from said point
along a circular curve to the left, the center of which bears North
