for the benefit of PINE STREET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a California corporation, as Beneficiary,
which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Marin County, California,
in Book , Page(s) on December 5, 1996 as Instrument No. 96-064749 hereby substitutes
PINE STREET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a California corporation as Trustee, in lieu of the above
named Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
PINE STREET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a California corporation hereby accepts said appointment
as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and, as successor Trustee pursuant to therequest of said Owner
and Holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust does hereby reconvey without
warranty to the person or persons legally entitled thereto all estate now held by it under said Deed of
Trust.

EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of California, described as
follows:
PARCEL 1, as shown on the map entitled "Parcel Map Division of Lands of Pine Street Management
Corporation, a California corporation, Successor by Merger to the Harroman Company, Inc., a corporation 1080-
OR-24 and 1427-OR-417 Town of Tiburon, California", filed December 5, 1996 in Book 26 of Parcel Maps, at
page 25, Marin County Records.
TOGETHER WITH and as an appurtenance thereto, the right to offer sewer, water or other utility improvements
and facilities for dedication to Sanitary District No. 5, Marin Municipal Water District or any other Governmental
Agency or utility provider,
ALSO TOGETHER WITH, for the benefit of Parcel 1, an easement of indeterminate location for the purpose of
installation and maintenance of water lines and facilities, water main extension and water services; as required
by the Town of Tiburon and as specified by the Marin Municipal Water District.
ALSO TOGETHER WITH, for the benefit of Parcel 1, an easement of indeterminate location for the purpose of
installation and maintenance of sanitary sewer lines and facilities, sanitary sewer main extensions and sanitary
sewer services, as required by the Town of Tiburon and as specified by Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County.
ALSO TOGETHER WITH, for the benefit of Parcel 1, easements of indeterminate locations for the purpose of
grading, surface and subsurface drainage and construction of street improvements, as required by the Town

grading, drainage and reconstruction of geologically unstable lands as may be required to be repaired or

roadway bench for the purpose of installation, construction and maintenance of fire and emergency vehicular
access and for the purpose of installation and maintenance of public utilities, and also reserving additional
easements of indeterminate locations for the benefit of Parcel 1 for the purpose of access, installation,
construction and maintenance of silt traps, all as required by the Town of Tiburon or other governmental
agencies or utility providers.
