Housing Element - Authorize budget amendment in the amount of $15,000 from Long- Range Planning Reserve Fund for purposes of updating the Town's General Plan Housing Element (Director of Community Development Anderson) 4. Non-Motorized Grant Projects - Authorize Town Manager to execute two task orders with Harrison Engineering to prepare plans and specifications and to provide construction management for the Del Mar Safe Routes to School and Non-Motorized Transportation Pilot Projects (Director of Public Works/Town Engineer Nguyen) 5.
