after date,
for value received, the undersigned, the City of Tiburon, promises
to pay to Tiburon National Bank, or order, at its Tiburon Office,
in Tiburon, Calif orna , the sum of $30,000.00 dollars, with interest
thereon at the rate of 3-1/4% per centum per annum from date hereof
until paid, said interest payable monthly and principal and interest
payable in lawful money of the United States of America. Upon
default in payment of any interest hereon when due, the whole of the
principal sum shall, at the option of the holder hereof, become
immnediately due and payable, without demand or notice. In case
payment hereof shall not be made at maturity, the undersigned further
promises to pay all costs of collection and a reasonable attorney:!, s
fee. This note is subject to the terms of Resolution No. ,,Its of
the City of Tiburon, dated July 22, 1964 and maybe prepaid at any
time under no penalty.
