MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Fredericks called the meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 6:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, in Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon,
California.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Berger, Fredericks, Gram, Slavitz
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Collins
PRESENT: EX OFFICIO: Town Manager Curran, Town Attorney Danforth,
Director of Community Development Anderson
Mayor Fredericks noted that there were no business items to be heard by the Council tonight.
The Council proceeded with the closed session agenda.

ADJOURNMENT TO OPEN SESSION
At 7:30 p.m., the Council adjourned to open session.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION, IF ANY
Mayor Fredericks said that direction was given to staff but that no action taken had been in
closed session.

There was no public comment.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor
Fredericks adjourned the meeting at 7:32 p.m.
