ARTIST RECRUITMENT—NEW ARTIST EXHIBITION/RECEPTION
1. Artist Presentation —Eddie Madril,with Sewam American Indian Dance,will present his idea for a
book and dance presentation under the Heritage and Arts program.
2. Artist Recruitment—Commissioner De Quattro to present recent artist recruitment.
3. Artist Repeat Exhibitions—
• Commissions input on what groups to invite for group exhibits for 2017/18—refer to Google Drive
"Art Group-spread sheet prepared by Commissioner De Quattro.

1. Artist Laureate—Review documents for Artist Laureate recruitment and actual Artist Laureate
Agreement as received in advance. Decide on firm timeline dates for recruitment procedure.
2. Educator Award—Setup Sub-Committee for follow-up calling and deliberation on choice of nominee
3. Walking Guide—Update by Commissioner De Quattro.
4. H&tA Brochure—Update by Commissioner Smith.
5. Development of an Annual Budget—utilizing the annual Town General budget(renews fiscal year-
June),existing H&A special budget,and consider new sources of income. Refer to Google Drive"Annual
Budget"spreadsheet prepared by Commissioner De Quattro.
6. H&rA Business Cards—Commissioner Smith to present proof and cost. Decision on who pays,
commissioners or H&tA budget.
7_ June Town Council report—start outline preparation—ongoing.
8. 2017 Objectives—Review objectives and create an outline.
9. Confirm neat regular meeting date:Tuesday,April 25.
