Your rent was last increased in July 2015. According to Article 3.1 of your lease, your monthly rent will increase beginning July 1, 2017 through June 31, 2019 to the amount of$757.00. Your lease expires June 30, 2033 and your lease provides for a 4% increase every two (2) years. All other terms and conditions of the original lease remain the same.
