The Tamalpais Union High School District("District') wishes to advise you pursuant to Government Code
Section 65352.2, subdivision (c), that the District is in the process of preparing a District-wide Facilities
Master Plan ("FMP"). The District provides this notice as a courtesy, even though the FMP relates to
property not located within the Town of Tiburon. Instead, the District's FMP will include site-specific plans
for.

1. 6 EAST TERRACE: File Nos. DR201703INAR2017013NAR2017014/VAR2017015;
Timothy and Tina Davis, Owners; Site Plan and Architectural Review for construction of
additions to an existing single-family dwelling, with Variances for reduced front and side
setbacks and excess lot coverage. The proposal would add 430 square feet of living space,
including a larger garage and a new bedroom, bathroom and mud room. The addition
would extend to within 13 feet, 10 inches of the front property line and within 6 feet, 11
inches of the west side property line.. which is less than the 30 foot front setback and 15
foot side setback required in the RO-2 zone. The project would result in lot coverage of
3,437 square feet (35.1%), which is greater than the 15.0% maximum lot coverage
permitted in the RO-2 zone. Assessor's Parcel No. 034-241-41. [DWI
2. 77 EAST VIEW AVENUE: File Nos. DR2017047NAR2017017NAR2017018 &
FAE2017002; Clinton Yee, Owner; Site Plan and Architectural Review for construction of
a new single-family dwelling, with Variances for reduced front setback and excess building
height, and a Floor Area Exception. The applicant proposes to construct a 2,885 square
foot, three-story house, which would result in a floor area ratio of 54.7%, which is greater
than the 35.0% maximum for a lot of this size. The front setback would be 3 inches in lieu
of the minimum 15 feet required in the R-I zone. The house would be 36 feet, 4 inches tall,
in lieu of the maximum building height of 30 feet. Assessor's Parcel No. 060-105-92.

would add 246 square feet of living space, including a family room and bathroom. The
project would result in lot coverage of 2,947.5 square feet(26:6%),which is greater than

4. 41 NORTH TERRACE: File Nos. DR2017056NAR2017020; Kathryn Servino, Owner;
Site Plan and Architectural Review to legalize as-built construction of a shed for an
existing single-family dwelling, with a Variance for reduced side setback. The 86 square
foot detached shed is situated 3 feet, 3 inches from the north side property line, which is
less than the 15 foot side setback required in the RO-2 zone. Assessor's Parcel No. 034-

Staff recommendation: That the City Council deny the appeal and uphold the decision of the Planning

Year 2017-2018 and the Five-Year Capital Plan.

14. Consideration of the Belvedere Finance Committee's recommendation regarding paving off the Cites
unfunded pension liability (Continued from April 11. 2017).
Staff recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing and directing the Cily Manager to negotiate an
agreement to effect the pre-funding of the Citv's current unfunded pension liability,
15. Consider financial contribution to fund westbound Tiburon Boulevard widening project to relieve
tralTic congestion at the Highway 101 interchange.
Staff recommendation: Authorize a cost-sharing contribution of un to 515.000 to help fund permits and
design for the Tiburon Boulevard joint improvement eject.
