RESOLUTION NO. 277
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON APPROVING A
PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) PRECISE PLAN FOR RE-
BUILDING THE MOBn. STATION AT 1600 TIBURON BLVD.
WHEREAS, Mobil Oil Corporation, as agents for Fred Zelinsky, has filed
an application for Precise Plan approval to rebuild the gasoline service station
at the corner of Beach Road and Tiburon Blvd., and
WHEREAS, tbe Planning Commission and Board of Design Review has held ex-
tensive public hearings on the matter and has recommended appropriate conditions
of approval, and
~mEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the matter and
finds that the Precise Plan conforms substantially to the previously approved
Master Plan and meets the conditions of approval placed on it by the Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: this City Council does hereby approve
the Precise Plans for the reconstruction of the Mobil Service Station at
1600 Tiburon Blvd., as submitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on
