RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO AMEND THE TIBURON ZONING
ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL USE
PERMITS FOR SERVANTS', QUARTERS IN THE RO-l ZONE.
WHEREAS: This council finds it desirable, and in the greater public
benefit, to allow the construction of accessory dwelling units in RO-l
zones, to be used exclusively for bousing permanent employees of tbe owners
of the premises, and
WHEREAS: This council has the right to introduce amendments to the
zoning ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby declare its intention to amend the Tiburon Zoning
Ordinance according to the attached ordinance draft and accompanying
recommendations, and instructs the Planning Commission to conduct a public
hearing to for~ulate appropriate recommendations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
