.jOLUTION CONSOLIDATING VOTING PRECINeTS,
.'OINTING ELECTION OFFICERS, FIXING pOLLING
. LACES AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
ELECTION ,OFFICERS.
~ral municipal election in the City of Tiburon has been called for April 14,
.rdance with the pro~i.ions of Section 36503 et seq of the Election code of
of california;
AND WHEREAS Section 1618 and Section 22805 of the Election Code of rhe Stare of California
require that the City Council appoint election officers, establish polling places and do
^^=tain other things appropriate to the conduct of the aforesaid municipal election;

NCV1 'IBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOV1S:
pot the general municipal election to be held in the City of Tibuton on Tuesday, 14 April
1970, there shall be three voting precincts consisting of consolidations of the re~lar
election precinctS in the City of Tiburon established for the holding of State and counry
elections;
Thar the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter
designated;
And that the persons hereinafrer named are hereby appointed officers of election for
their respective voting precincts;
