A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE FOR PURPOSES OF APPLI-
CATION UNDER PUBLIe LAW 81-875 AND 91-79.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Ci ty Council of the City of Tiburon:
THAT Lawrence D. Rose, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized
to exectute for and in behalf of tbe City of Tibuorn, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of C'llifornia, this application and to file it in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining supplemental Federal
financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (FUblic Law 81-875 and
91-79).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
