RESOLUTION NO. -1l.1:.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNeIL OF THE eITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE FOR PURPOSES OF APPLI-
CATION UNDER THE EMERGENCY FLOOD RELIEF LAW SECTIONS
54150-54164 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon:
THAT Lawrence D. Rose, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute for and in behalf of the eity of Tiburo~ a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining State financial assist-
ance under the Emergency Flood Relief Law, Sections 54150-54164 of the Government
Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
eity of Tiburon held on

, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Ellinwood, Rice, Fanning
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
