RESOLUTION OF THE eITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
REQUESTING PROVISIONS OF SERVICES RELATING TO THE eON-
DUCT OF AN ELECTION.
vlliEREAS Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the State of California
provides that the governing body of any city may request the Board of Supervisors
to permit the County Clerk to render specified services to the City re12ting to
the conduct of an election; and
l~REAS the eity of Tiburon ~ishes to avail itself of certain specified
services as provided;
NmoJ,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Supervisors of Marin County is hereby asked to per-
mit the County Clerk to render to the City the following specified services as
they pertain to the municipal election to be conducted in this eity on the 14th
day of April, 1970:
1. Provide voter indices.
2. Provide current voter count by precinct.
3. Arrange for drayage of election booths, ballot boxes and other
similar election equipment.
4. Address and mail sample ballots and inserts as provided by
the City.

5. Supply and mail polling place cards in conjunction with
sample ballots.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on January i~, 1970, by the following vote:
