RESOLUTION NO. 267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY eOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING A DEED OF eER~IN LANDS FROM
THE BELVEDERE LAND eOMPANY.
HHEREAS: The Belvedere land eompany has teride'ted the eity of Tiburon
an executed and acknowledged deed quitclaiming a portion of their lands to the
City of Tiburon, more particularly described as follows:
THAT portion of Tide Lot 28 in Section 31, Tbwnship 1, North Range
5 West, Ivbunt Diablo Base and M!ridian bounded as follol-1s: on the
Southwest by the Northeastern line of lagoon Road as shown on "Map
of lagoon Subdivision No. 7" filed November 10, 1955 in Map Book 8
at p'age 104, Marin County Records, on the North by the North-ern line
of said Tide lot 28 and on the Northeast by the Southwestern line of
that parcel of land secondly described in the Deed from James ponahue
to the San Francisco and North Pacific Railroad eomparty, a California
corporation, recorded December 17, l888 in Book 8 of Deeds at page
462, Marin County Records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE eITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON as follows:
THAT said grant deed is hereby accepted, and that the City Clerk is
t~reby instructed to record with the County Recorder a certified copy of this
resolution and said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
November 24-
, 1969, by the following vote:
