RESOWTION NO. 26 6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A ''NO PARKING" AREA ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF VIA
CAPISTRANO STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. No ParkinS!: Area
The following portion of Via Capistrano Street is hereby defined and
established as a No Parking area and shall be governed by the provisions of
Section 10 of Ordinance No.5: the southerly side of Via Capistrano Street begin-
ning at a point 200 ft. westerly of the center line of Reed Ranch Road, thence
for a distance of 340 ft. westerly from the point of beginning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
November 24
, 1969, by the following
vote:
