RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 260
The City Council of the City of Tiburon hereby resolves
as fo llows:
1. That Resolution No. 260, passed by the City
Council on September 22, 1969, be amended to delete the ex-
ception from Exhibit AC, Parcel 2, and to include said lands
among the lands sought to be condemned.
2. That the City's special counsel is authorized
and directed to amend the complaint on file in Marin County
Superior Court No. 54871 so as to include said lands in the
parcels sought to be condemned.
3. That in all other respects, said Resolution No.
260 is ratified and confirmed and the inclusion of said
additional lands in the description of the lands sought to
be condemned is to be deemed done ~ pro ~.
PASSED AND ADOPrED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on November It. / 9t c; ,
