A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING A STOP INTERSECTION AND A
THROUGH STREET AT THE INTERSEeTION OF BLACKFIELD T)RIVE
AND VIA SAN FERNANDO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the eity Council of the eity of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1.
The intersection of Blackfield Drive and Via San Fernando
iR hereby defined as a stop intersection and a through street and shall be governed
by the provisions of Section 7.1 (a) and 7.1 (b) of Ordinance No. 55:
The westbound lane of Blackfield Drive so as to stop traffic
at the intersection with Via San Fernando.
The eastbound lane of Blackfield Drive so as to stop traffic
at the intersection with Via San Fernando.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Ciry of Tibu~on held on
October 27
, 1969, by the following vote:
A YES :
COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Ellinwood, Rice, Fanning
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT :
COUNCILMEN: None
