RESOLUTION NO. 259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON DEFINING AlID ESTABLISHING
A THROUGH STREET AND STOP INTERSECTION AT THE nITERSEeTION OF
TARA HILL ROAD AND ROUND HILL ROAD.
The City eouncil of the eity of Tiburon does hereby resolve as
follows:
SEeTION 1. STOP INTERSECTION AND THROUGH STREET
The intersection of Tara Hill Road and Round llill Road is hereby defined
as a through street and a stop intersection so as to stop traffic southbound on
Tara Hill Road and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 7.1(a) and
7.l(b) of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance of the League of California Cities as
adopted by the City of Tiburon as Ordinance No. 55.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City eouncil of the
City of Tiburon held on
September 22. 1969
