A RESOLUTION OF THE erTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CRFATING 24-MINUTE AND l-HOUR PARKING ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE
OF TIBURON BOULEVARD BETWEEN JUANITA IANE AND BFACH Ra\D.
BE IT RESOLVED by- the City COuncil of the City of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. 24-Minute and l-Hour ParkiIl2 Areas.
The following portions of Tiburon Boulevard (State Highway MRN-13l)
are hereby defined and established as 24-minute and I-hour parking areas as
follows ~
a. 24-minute parking area from Juanita lane 470 feet more or less
westerly to inclUde the frontage of Varney's Hardware Store.
b. I-hour parking area from Beach Road easterly approximately
460 feet more or less up to but not including the frontage
of Varney's Hardware Store.
The 24-minute and I-hour parking areas shall be governed by the
provisions of Section 11 of Tiburon eity Ordinance No. 55.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
