A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE FOR PURPOSES OF APPLI-
CATION UNDER THE EMERGENCY FLOOD RELIEF lAW SECTIONS
54150-54164 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Tiburon:
THAT Lawrence D. Rose, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute for and in behalf of the City of Tiburon a public entity estab-
lished under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file
it in the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining State financial
assistance under the Emergency Flood Relief Law, Sections 54150-54164 of the
Government Code of the State of California.
