RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY eOUNeIL OF THE eITY OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF TIlE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiburon may participate in the State's coopera-
tive purchasing program; and
WHEREAS, certain items and automobiles may be obtained at a sub-
stantial savings to the eity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the City -Council of the City-of Tiburon does hereby authorize
the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of
California, to purchase equipment items and automobiles for and on behalf of
the eity of Tiburon pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that
Lawrence D. Rose, City Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith
for and on behalf of the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
