A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING A CITY REFRESENTATIVE FOR PURPOSES OF APPLI-
CATION UNDER PUBLIC LAW 81-875.
Attachment for Application No.1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY The City Council of the City of Tiburon;
THAT lawrence D. Rose, City Mlnager, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute for and in behalf of the City of Tiburon, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal
financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (PUblic law 875, 8lst
eongress; 42 U.S.C. l855-l855g).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
April 14
, 1969, by the following vote:
