RESOLUTION NO. 6
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ESTABLISHING A CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AND FIXING THE TERMS OF MEMBERS THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon shall
consist of five (5) members.
2. The first member appointed shall have a term of office
for four (4) years.
3. The second member appointed shall have a term of office
for four (4) years.
4. The third member appointed shall have a term of office
for three (3) years.
5. The fourth member appointed shall have a term of office
for two (2) years.
6. The fifth member appointed shall have a term of office
of one (1) year.
7. Successors to the first appo'inted members of the City
Planning Commission shall hold four year terms of office.
8. Members of the City Planning Commission shall be appointed
by the Mayor subject to the approval of the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on the 23IDday of June 1964 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen: Strawbridge, Hoffmire, Ellinwood,
Souza, Hannahs
Councilmen: None
NOES:
ABSENT:
Councilmen: None
