RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
APPROVING THE ~IPOSITION OF THE ADDI-
TIONLI"L HIGffi-Ji:"Y USERS TAX AND FEES 1'~ND
STl,TING THP~T CITY DES IRES APPORTIOl'lMENTS
BE IT RES OLVED AS FOLLOHS:
1. Pursuant to Section 186.1 of the Streets and
Highways Code the City Council of the City of Tiburon hereby
declares that it approves the imposition of the additional
highway users tax and fees pursuant to the act enacted at the
1963 Regular Session of the Legislature adding said Section
186.1 to provide revenues for apportionment to be made to
the City of Tiburon and it turther declares that the City of
Tiburon desires such apportionments to be made to said City.
z. The City Clerk of the City of Tiburon is directed
to forthwith forward a certified copy of this Resolution to
the Department of Public Works of the State of Cal1forniao
Pi,SSED A}ID ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon on the 2Jrd day of June, 1~64 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Strawbridge, Hoffmire, Souza,
Hannahs, Ellim-.rood
NOES: Councilmen: None
