RESOLUTION NO. -L-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
PROCUREMENT OF WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor is authorized and directed to apply for
and execute on behalf of the City of Tiburon all necessary
documents, contracts and applications for procurement of
Workmen's Compensation Insurance on behalf of the City of
Tiburon.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to request
proposals covering full and comprehensive liability insurance
coverage for the City of Tiburon, its emp1oyees,property,
vehicle and operations.Pending determination of the amount of
coverage to be acquired and the insurance carrier to be selected,
the Mayor is authorized to procure by way of "binder" interim
insurance coverage with minimum limits of $300,000 and $600,000
for personal injury and $50,000 for property damage.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 23rdday of June 1964 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen: StraT.'lbridge, Hoffmire, Ellim'lood,
Souza, Hannahs
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: lJone
