RESOLUTION NO. 10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COrn~CIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON AUTHORIZL~G THE FILING OF
STATEMENT OF BOUNDARY CREATION
WHEREAS, Section 34328 of the Government Code requires
that upon completion of incorporation alld qualifications of the
officers, the City Council shall cause to be filed the state-
ment of boundary creation as required by Section 54900 of the
Goverl~ent Code; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for said statement and map or
plat to be filed, in order to ~ake effective assessment for
taxation purposes so that taxes may be levied, with the County
Assessor and the State Board of Equalization on or before the
fir st day of February, 1965;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
Councilor its authorized agents be and they are hereby autho-
rized to make said filing in accordance with law with the County
Assessor a:ld the State Board of Equalization.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 23rd day of June, 1964 by the follow-
ing vote:
