RESOLUTION NO. 11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COm~CIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON DESIGNATING THE COlJl'JTY HEALTH OF-
FICER AS THE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER FOR HEALTH
REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Tiburon has recently been incorpo-
rated and is 0ithout means or personnel to enforce health re-
gulations;
NOVi, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
consents pursuant to Section 476 of the Health and Safety Code
to enforcemel_t and observation in the City of all of the follow-
illg :
(a) Orders, quarantine regulations, and rules prescribed
by the State department and other rules and regulations issued
~nder the provisions of the Health and Safety Code;
(b) State statutes relating to public health.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
resolution be served upon the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
for thvJi the
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 23rd day of June, 1964 by the follow-
ing vote:

Councilmen: Strawbridge, Hoffmire, Souza,
Hannahs , Ellinwood
