PRO TZHPORE
BE I~ R2S0LVED AS FOLLaJS:
1. The mayor and the mayor pro tempore shall be
elected for a terr~ of one year, and shall serve until their
successors are elected.
2. The Council shall elect the m~ayor and the mayor
pro tempore at the first meeting of the City Council follow-
ing the general municipal election in any year in which such
an election is held. In any year in wnicn such d general
municipal election ~s not held, the Council shall elect the
mayor and the mayor pro tempore at the second C0unc~l meet-
ing in the month of ~pril of such year.
j. The mayor and the mayor pro tempore shall be
eligible to succeed themselves in the~r respective positions.

of the City of Tiburon on the 23rd day of June, 1~64, by the
following vote:
