L. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY TRE..:'\SURE."l\, .c'.ND
~'1:AYOR PRO TENPORE TO SIGN CHECKS FOR THE
~"'ITHDRAHAL OF MONEY
\~HZREAS, in the orderly administration of City business
it is incumbent that authority be granted by the City to
certain named individuals to sign checks for the payment of
Ci ty funds:
NOh~, THEREFORZ, ~t ~s hereby resolved that all checks
drawn on City Funds Shall be signed by the City Treasurer,
Gordon F. Russell and by the Hayor, Gordon ~0'. Strawbr~dge or
the Mayor Pro Tempore, John S. Hoftmire, Jr. and said persons
are hereby authorized to execute checks for the payment of
legal den~nds against the City. The aforementioned thr2e
persons are also authorized to execute signature cards at the
official depositories.
PA.SSED ~~ND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 29th day of June, lY64, by the
follmving vote:

Councilmen: Strawbridge, Hoffmire, Ellinwood,
Souza, Hannahs
NOES: Councilmen: None
