RESOLUTION NO. /9

RESOLUTION OF THE CIIT OF TIBURON AUrHORIZING
SIGNING AND ENDORSING CHECKS AND OTHER INSTR~1ENTS
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Tiburon National Bank be, and it is hereby se-
lected as a Depositary of the funds of this City, and that checks
or drafts withdrawing said funds may be signed by any two of the
following:
NAME
TITLE
GORDON W. STRAWBRIDGE
GORDON W. RUSSELL
JOHN S. HOFFMIRE
Mayor
Treasurer
Vice Mayor
2. That Tiburon National Bank is authorized to honor and
pay any and all checks and drafts of this City signed as pro-
vided herein, whether or not payable to the person or persons
signing them and that checks, drafts, bills of exchange and
other evidences of indebtedness may be endorsed for deposit to
the account of this City by any of the foregoing or by any
other employee or agen[~ of this City, and may be endorsed in
writing or by stamp and with or without the designation of the
person so endorsing.
3. That the authority hereby conferred shall remain in
force until written notice of the revocation thereof by the City
Council of the City of Tiburon shall have been received by said
depositary at the office at which the account is kept; and that
the certification of the city clerk as to the continuing authority
of this resolution and the persons authorized to sign and their
signatures, shall be binding upon this City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on the loth day of August, 1964, by the following
vote:
