RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AUTHORIZIN3
PXYr1ENT OF SAL;RIES ON THE FIRST DAY OF EliCH
MONTH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon regularly
meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month~ and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that salaries be paid on the
first day of each and every month~ and
wHEREAS, it has been the practice of the City Council to
approve claims for salaries which have previously been established
by the City Council from eight to fourteen days after said salaries
are payable~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLCvJS:
That the City of Tiburon pay to all City employees or
officers the salaries earned by them which have been previously
established by the City Council on the first day of each month
except where the first day of the month falls on a non-work day,
at which time said salaries shall be paid on the next preceding
work day.
PASSED ~ND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
