RESOLUTION NO. 32
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING A
MUNICIPAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1964-65
BE IT RESOLVED as follows;
WHEREAS the City Manager has presented to the City Council
a proposed budget for the fiscal year 1964-65, a true copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
AND WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
both as to proposed expenditures and anticipated revenues;
AND WHEREAS said City Council finds that said proposed
budget provides within the current means of the city for all
reasonable municipal purposes and projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. That said budget is heregy adopted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to approve expenditures
for departments and functions as stated therein, to
the extent annually provided, and no more;
2. That the City Manager may, from time to time,
authorize and make such adjustments within the sev-
eral departments and fuhctions as he deems necessary
to maintain the operation of the departments or the
performance of the functions; provided that no trans-
fer as between departments and functions shall be
made vithou approval of said City Council having first
been granted; and provided further that no revenues
be expended other than for the group purposes stated
in the said budget.
