2. Al~hough COlmty will execute all purchase contracts
entered into pursuant to this Agreement9 Agency shall be individually billed
for all items delivered to it pursuant to such purchase contracts~ Agency
agrees that it will pay for said items when and as it is billed for the same,
and in the event that Agency shall at any time rail to make such payments
~~d County is remlired bY' the vendor to make payments f0r said items on be-
half of Agenc.y, A?P7"'/~;Y agrees to immediately reimbu~se County for any sums
