CITY OF TIBURON ~DOPTING AND SUB~1ITTING
A BUD3ET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED
C;,AS TAX FUl'IDS
~\'HEREl': S, a Mas ter Agreemen t for the Budgeting and Ex-
penditure of 3as Tax Funds under Section 2107 of the Streets and
Highways Code has been entered into by the City of Tiburon,
hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State Department of
Public ~'lorks, Divis ion of Highways, hereinafter referred to as
the department~ and,
WHER&SS, the City Council has prepared a maintenance
budget 9roposal showing estimated expenditures of maintenance
funds recommended to be made during the 1964-65 fiscal year~ and
WHERS2"S, the City Council has heard read said budget pro-
posal and is familiar with the contents thereof~
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Tiburon that said budget proposal dated August 24, 1964, be
and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the
state allocated funds for maintenance of city streets to cities,
said budget proposal to be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Manager is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City,
and said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of
Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.

City of Tiburon on the 24th day of August, 1964, by the followin:~[
