STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WH}~R^S, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure
of the En~ineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the
streets 8Dd Hi~hways Code has been entered into by the City of
, hereinafter referred to as the
city, ano the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department; and,
WJlliREAs,.the city council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the lS__ __ fiscal year; and,

and is familiar with the contents thereof;
