HESOLUTION NO.
HESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AUTHOHIZING
MAYOH TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT TO 11ASTEH SEHVICE
AGREEl\;1ENT
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into a Master
Service Agreement with the County of Marin for the purpose of
maintaining and providing various essential services to the City;
and
VJEEREAS, the City of Tiburon and County of Marin have
agreed that certain amendments should be made to said agreement;
and
~~EHEAS, the proposed ~~endments were presented to the
City Council at its regular meeting on August 10, 1964, and the
City Council approved said amendments; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable that said w1endments be
memorialized by a written agreement;
NOW THEREFOHE, IT IS HEPillBY HESOLVED that the Mayor be
and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a
written agreement amending the said Master Service Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 13th day of August, 1964.

WHEREAS, the parties have heretofore entered into a Master
Servrce Agreement daUfJ June 30, 1964.

1 . The term of sai d agreement is hereby extended from
August 15. 196't to JUM 30, 1965.
2. The Supplement. to said agreement al'& hereby amended
by the substi tut ion thereto.,. of the Supplements attached hereto as
Exhibits A, B, C, I. E. F, and G.
3. In all other particulars said Mester Service Agreement
