RESOLUTION NO. 31
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
FINAL SUBDIVIS ION MAP OF PORTO MARINA SUBDI-
VISION AND DEDICATIONS OFFERED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the final subdivision map for the PODto Marina sub-
division has been presented to the City for approval by Stanley F.
Berney, Eugene Yager, Eugene E. Mendelsohn and Geraldine Mendel-
sohn, hereinafter called subdivider; and
WHER~S, the map has been filed with the City Clerk for pre-
sentation to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for its ap-
proval, which map is hereby referred to and incorporated herein;
and
WHEREAS, subdivider has requested approval of the map prior
to the construction and completion of ~provements, including all
streets, highways or public ways and public utility facilities
which are a part of, or are pertinent to the subdivision desig-
nated in the map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said final map is
approved and the dedications (as opposed to streets) therein of-
fered are accepted, on condition that the subdivider first enter
into and execute the agreement attached hereto, as amended, with
the City, and meets the requirements thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the
