RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon finds
that the Belvedere-Tiburon Post Office located at Juanita Lane and
Beach Road, in the City of Tiburon, is a conspicuous publ ic place in
the City of Tiburon.
2. That prargraph I subsection (c) of Resolution No.2 is
hereby amended to strike therefrom the words "Del Mar Schoolll and
substitute therefore the words "Belvedere-Tiburon Post Office,
Juanita Lane and Beach Road".
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Counci I of the
City of Tiburon on the ~day of November
1964 by the fol lowing vote:
AYES: Counci Imen: ELLINWOOD, HANNAHS, HOFFMIRE, SOUZA, STRAWBRIDGE
NOES: Counci Imen: NONE
