RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING RENTING OF A SAFE AND
DESIGNATING PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO
HAVE ACCESS
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLa~S::
1. That the Mayor, Gordon W. Strawbridge, the City Treas-
urer, Gordon W. Russell, and the City i~nager, Lawrence D. Rose,
of the City of Tiburon be and hereby are authorized and directed,
for and in the name of this City and as its acts and deed, and
on such terms as they may agree upon with the Tiburon National
Bank, to (a) rent a safe from said Bank in its Safe Deposit vault
at its Tiburon office: and (b) execute and deliver to said Bank
in connection therewith such agreements and other instruments as
said Bank may require and such officials may approve by their
execution and delivery thereof. And, further resolved, that any
of said persons has right of access to said safe and the contents
thereof, and may remove any and all of such contents, surrender
said safe, and exercise, waive and release all claims and rights
of this City as Rentor thereof.
2. That such authority shall be deemed to be retroactive
and all such acts heretofore undertaken by such persons as
authorized above are hereby ratified and confirmed1 that the City
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to said Bank
the following: (a) a copy of this Resolution: (b) the names and
signatures of the officers referred to in said Resolution and
authorized to have access to the safe and contents as therein
provided: and (c) if and when any change is made in the personnel
holding any office, title or other designation so authorized, the
fact of such change and the name and signature of each new officer
or person: that this Resolution and each such certification shall
remain in full force and effect, and said Bank is authorized to
rely and act thereon until it shall receive, at its Office where
the safe so rented is maintained, either a certified copy of a
further Resolution affecting this Resolution or a further certi-
fication as above provided for, as the case may be.
